FocusPod / South Korea
Office pod questions, answered
Find practical answers about indoor FocusPods: what is included, choosing furniture and finishes, planning the full cost, and arranging delivery and installation. For model-by-model detail, use the comparison and specification pages. For an existing order, contact the team with your order reference.
Are the front and rear both glass?
Every FocusPod has glass at both the front and rear. Standard glass is clear. Optional PDLC privacy glass can be selected for the front only or for both the front and rear.
Can I move the pod once it is installed?
Yes. Every FocusPod has built-in wheels and adjustable levelling feet. Raise the feet to move the pod on its wheels, then lower and adjust them to level the pod in its new position.
How do I start an order?
Configure your pod and send a project enquiry. We review the specification, delivery requirements and complete quotation before you approve and pay. Saving a configuration or sending an enquiry is not an accepted order and does not reserve production capacity.
Are the displayed prices in KRW?
Displayed prices are KRW prices. Your enquiry records South Korea as the destination and lets you request a preferred quotation currency. The written quotation confirms the payable currency, full price and scope before payment.
How is my pod supplied?
Your pod is made to the configuration you approve and supplied directly to your workplace. We bring the production, freight and destination arrangements together in your project quotation.
How is the delivery schedule confirmed?
Your complete quote confirms production, shipping and the expected delivery window for your configuration and address before payment. Custom specifications, freight, access and site readiness can affect timing; tell us any required date before accepting the quote.
Will duties, taxes and delivery be included?
Your written quote identifies freight, applicable import charges and taxes, and how they are handled. These charges are additional to the displayed pod and option prices unless expressly included. FocusPod arranges the agreed services; check the complete amount before payment.
Can I choose colours and furniture?
Choose Furniture first: configurations start furnished where offered, with an Empty pod alternative and fixed local prices for furniture choices. Exterior, Interior and Extras follow. Compatible finishes and options form the specification included in your complete quote.
Can I include several pods?
Yes. Add the models and configurations you need to your project. Identical configurations combine into one project line with a quantity. Review the complete project before submitting your quote request.
Can I include installation?
Request your complete quote inside the configurator. It includes your models, finishes, options, quantities and delivery details. Delivery, selected installation and quote-required options are confirmed with the applicable charges before payment.
What warranty is included?
Your FocusPod includes five years of structural and electrical warranty coverage. Written terms confirm covered components, conditions, the claims process and service arrangements. For support, contact the team with your order reference and clear photos.
What information helps you quote my project?
Share your models, quantities, South Korea delivery address, preferred timing and installation needs. Add a floor plan or access description when possible. Include the postcode, receiving floor, unloading arrangements and goods-lift dimensions and load limits. Share access restrictions and required delivery bookings before the plan is confirmed.
Fire safety & building requirements
Sprinkler and fire-alarm options are available. We help you confirm the details for your pod and workplace.
Can you include sprinklers and fire alarms?
Choose the optional sprinkler and fire-alarm package in the configurator. Your selection is recorded with your project. Equipment, connections to building systems, installation scope and price are confirmed in your complete quote before payment. Selecting this option does not by itself include a complete installed system.
What should I know about fire ratings?
Fire information is specific to the model and materials. A material fire classification does not establish a fire-resistance rating for the complete pod. Ask us to confirm the relevant test documentation for your chosen model and finishes.
An acoustic “Class A” rating describes sound reduction, not fire performance.
What should we check before ordering?
Start with your building manager: they may have requirements for introducing a pod into your workplace. Share those requirements and your installation address with us so we can confirm the appropriate equipment and connections with your building team. Local fire requirements still apply; the package is not a blanket requirement for every pod.
